While experimenting with Arturia Analog Lab V—its vocoder and other sounds—I stumbled upon the seed of this song. I became fascinated by a repeating melodic line, inspired by the motifs of Slavic church music. As the piece evolved, it began to take shape as a story in my mind: a woman who arrives by plane and, with determination, sets out to put things right—while also discovering who she truly is. The lyrics themselves don’t hold much literal meaning, but they’re enough to ignite the imagination and invite each listener to create their own narrative. That’s certainly how it works for me
